QuotePad Main Window

How to bring up QuotePad main window

To bring up the QuotePad main window you can:

Moving the window

QuotePad’s main window automatically docks to the screen edge, and a Docking Line, which is always visible, appears there to indicate the spot. Now you can call QuotePad by simple pointing at it. Important! The Docking Line will not appear if you try to dock the window to the edge, where Windows Taskbar, Microsoft Office Panel or any other Application Bar is already docked.

Using the QuotePad Window

The QuotePad Window can conditionally be subdivided into four areas:

  1. Title bar. The program’s main menu button is on the left. On the right there is the "Close window" button, to re-open the window click the QuotePad icon in the system tray.
  2. List of notes. For more details see Managing the List of Notes.
  3. If the window is docked to the screen edge, the Docking Line may appear here.
